TEP

Translation ServicesWe have the resources, knowledge, and technology to not only translate but also localize your content into the target language and social context. This makes your message locally relevant, resulting in a more robust impact to your target audience.

Usually, translation is the first of three steps before publishing, followed by editing and proofreading which are essential for readability, consistency, and quality.

As a crucial part of the revision process, editing focuses on examining the content with a purpose for greater accuracy and readability. It focuses more on the terminology rather than the form of the text itself. Our Editors are there to verify that both linguistics, local relevance, and any specific information are secured.

Proofreading includes checking the documentation for spelling, grammar, syntax, and other similar formal rules. However, Proofreaders neither refer back to the source language nor do they check the terminology, facts, or context. They only focus on correcting the text as a whole.

Transcreation

Sometimes “translation” is not good enough to transmit your message to the new market you want to expand, and this is where “transcreation” comes into play. Being “translation + recreation,” it is normally used to adapt a specific message from one language to another – while keeping its style, meaning, and context.

Transcription

Transcription is the conversion of spoken language into written language, from audio into text. It is often the first step for subtitle translations or dubbing and makes it easier for the translator, director, or voice artists to perform their tasks accurately.

Desktop Publishing (DTP)

When it comes to having one text in multiple languages and afterward having the same outer layout or formatting, DTP service is a must in order to get the same result in all languages. That is why we have taken the effort to choose carefully our in-house specialists that are competent enough to recommend what you might need.

Machine Translation Post-Editing (MTPE)

While we think, in most cases, specialized linguists are irreplaceable, especially for highly visible content, machine translation can be a terrific tool to save both a lot of time and costs.

However, if you want to avoid mistakes like the above example, machine-translation-post-editing is the perfect combination of man and machine.
The ideal process is to “train” the machine (i.e. “feed” it with accurate data) before starting the project. The better the data, the better the output. This MT output will then be edited and proofread [links] by specially trained linguists. Ideally, this step eliminates all machine-made errors while improving the readability and style to TEP-quality, lowering the costs and increasing the volume.

Alignment

In the process of creating Translation Memory (TM), the database collecting previously translated words, phrases or sentences, Alignment Service is an important step to make sure that each sentence or segment of the source language is correctly aligned with the translation in the target language. We can help you develop the correct TM that would help you speed up the future translation process and reduce your translation costs.
